Introduction

The vibration fiber fineness tester works based on the stringprinciple. First, it measures the natural vibration frequency of the fiber with known vibration fiber length and tensile force, then automatically calculates the linear density of the single fiber. The fineness measurement range is 0.6-40dtex. The instrument is tested quickly and can test the linear density unevenness that reflects the mass distribution of the fiber.

Vibratory fineness tester can measure the fiber line density, and can directly display the linear density of single value, the average and the coefficient of variation. Besides, the external printer can print test results.Instruments and instrument line strength and elongation, can accurately test a single fiber strength, initial modulus and breaking work.

The instrument complies with the national standard GB / T 14335. GB / T 16256. the international standard ISO1973 international chemical fiber and Standardization Bureau (BISFA) standard test method for linear density was measured for single fibers can be widely used in chemical fiber, textile and other manufacturers, testing agencies and research institutes.
